Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier, simply browse through our extensive online catalogue and click on the items you require to purchase, then add them to your shopping cart. After you have completed your selection and requirements click on "Order" and complete the relevant details required to process your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard or Switch/Maestro as card payment. If you are an international customer, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your domestic currency.

Items are not charged to your credit card until the day of shipment. Credit card details can be forwarded securely over the internet whilst placing your order or alternatively via phone or fax.

Special Orders

Special orders are shoes that are not available as a stock line and are therefore made to order to your individual requirements. It is compulsory that a special order form is signed by the customer to ensure that the order terms are agreed and understood. Special orders are non-returnable, are subject to a £15.00 surcharge (inc. v.a.t), and take approximately 6-8 weeks to manufacture. Further details will be given on request and enclosed within the special order form.
Shipping And Handling UK POSTAGE

First Class postage
Royal Mail - £4.00 per pair & £2.00 for each additional pair. First Class deliveries take approximately 1-2 working days, however this will vary according to the date and destination of despatch and is therefore beyond our control.

Second Class postage
Royal Mail - £3.00 per pair. Orders for more than 1 pair will be sent by first class mail due to the weight of the parcel, which is too heavy to be despatched by second class mail. Second class deliveries take approximately 3-4 working days, however this will vary according to the date and destination of despatch and is therefore beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

AirMail
Our charges within the EU are as follows:
1 pair - £5
2 pairs - £7.50
3 pairs - £10
Overseas AirMail charges vary depending on the destination. A rough estimate for North America and the Far East would be £10 per pair. Please confirm other overseas charges with us via email.

International Registered Post
This is the most secure way of sending shoes, as it allows you to track your orders en route. European rates start from £8 per pair, overseas rates - from £12 per pair. Please contact us for further details.

AirSure
The quickest available way of despatching your orders (next available flight). Price is dependent on destination, even within the EU.
Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch all orders within 7-10 working days of purchase. If the item is in stock, we will normally despatch it within 1-2 working days of purchase. In cases of delays due to factory production schedule, etc. we will notify customers via separate email.

It is possible to speed up delivery of out-of-stock items to 2-3 working days, at £5 surcharge for urgency. Please email us if you require this service.

Please note that once the item has been despatched, it is completely out of our hands to influence its delivery date.
Back Orders You will be notified by e-mail to inform you on the availability and process of your order and also have the option to make an alternative choice if you would rather not wait for items on back order.
Tax Charges All orders made from the UK and the EU will be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) charges at 17.5%. Countries outside the EU are VAT-free.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee All goods are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing faults only. No other guarantee or warranty is given, especially for their suitability for your needs or performance in your specific circumstances.

Returns Policy We accept returns of all products purchased with us within 6 months of original purchase. Just post them back to our address:

Please ensure the returned goods are wrapped, as we are unable to accept returns without or in damaged original packaging.

Please enclose a copy of your original receipt and a note indicating whether you would like the goods refunded, exchanged or repaired.

Refunds must be made in the same form as original payment, e.g. we will not be able to carry out cash refunds for items originally paid for by credit card, etc.

Factory repairs are available free of charge on Supadance shoes where there is a clear manufacturing fault. It is at the discretion of the manufacturer to replace or repair a faulty pair of shoes if it has been in customer's possession/worn for over 1 calendar month.
